• News reports (Reuters, Bloomberg, CNBC, IFR) for reported items, always labelled 'reported'

Rules

• No invented numbers. Unknown values are shown as n/a.
• Status is 'confirmed' only when it comes from an SEC filing or the company itself; media items are labelled 'reported'.
• Lock-up dates come from the prospectus. When the prospectus gives "N days after the date of this prospectus", we compute the date and label it 'computed'.
• Premium/discount is always vs the last reported NAV, shown with its date.
• Broker availability stays 'unverified' until confirmed in the broker's own symbol search, with the check date recorded.
